PR Bureau for Emergency Management and Disaster Administration (NMEAD) is charged with the coordination of all resources of the Government of Puerto Rico, as well as those of the private sector to provide the fastest and most effective services before, during and after emergency situations to ensure the protection of the life and property of citizens.
